Shipping costs are for a first delivery attempt only. If the goods are returned to us after an unsuccessful delivery, we reserve the right to require the purchaser to pay any subsequent re-delivery charges. Should a refund be requested after an unsuccessful delivery attempt, a refund may be made only after the goods have been received by our warehouse and we reserve the right to deduct the shipping and handling costs incurred by us from the total amount refunded.
