Failed Delivery & Returns

Shipping costs cover the first delivery attempt only.

If goods are returned after an unsuccessful delivery attempt:

  • Re-delivery charges may apply.
  • Refunds will only be processed once goods are returned to our warehouse.
  • Shipping and handling costs incurred may be deducted from the refund.
